Getting Started
To initiate the ModMed Pay integration with RSI, please provide us with the following information:
Required Information
- Client Name of your ModMed account
- EMA URL (your Electronic Medical Assistant URL)
How to Submit: Please email this information to your RSI onboarding specialist or account manager. Once we receive these details, our team will coordinate with ModMed to establish the integration on your behalf.
What Happens Next
After you provide the required information, the RSI team will:
- Coordinate directly with ModMed to establish the integration
- Configure the necessary settings in your RSI portal
- Map your practice locations to the payment system
- Notify you when the integration is complete and ready for use
Timeline: The integration process typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your information.
