I don’t see all the Sub-Types in RSI

Each Appointment Type must have Sub-Types added to it’s settings in order for RSI to recognize the Sub-Types.

Multiple Patients are Booking in the Same Times Slots

You should confirm the “Max Simultaneous Bookings” value in your 4D template details. If left blank, then the appointment time will always show as available regardless of the number appointments already in that slot.  

I don’t see all the staff I want to make available for booking

4D-EMR only sends providers to RSI. If you want to use any staff for booking you will need to set them up as providers in 4D.
