RSI’s Email List Cleaning Process:

1. Connecting Your Account RSI will connect your patient database to our system and export all patient email addresses. These email addresses will be submitted to Never Bounce for thorough verification and cleaning.
2. The Cleaning Process Never Bounce employs a comprehensive, proprietary 20+ step verification process. Each email address is checked up to 75 times from multiple locations globally using a variety of technologies, including MX, DNS, SMTP, social, and private verification methods. This ensures the highest level of accuracy in determining the validity of each email address.
3. Cleaning Results After the cleaning process, you will receive a report categorizing the email addresses into the following statuses:

Disposable	A temporary email address that will expire after a short period	No

  RSI runs an internal domain email check to ensure practice staff is copied on desired emails. If practice emails are not validated then instructions will be provided to IT services for review of the domain MX records. RSI will remove all invalid, disposable, and unknown addresses from your email list to ensure the protection of our sender reputation and delivery rates. Valid and Unverifiable emails will be included as acceptable recipients in email audiences lists in RSI. Data Privacy: Never Bounce prioritizes data privacy. All data uploaded to their system will be automatically deleted 90 days after the upload unless manually deleted sooner by the user. For further details, please refer to their complete privacy policy.
