1. Access the Lead Funnel Report 0:01
- Navigate to the CRM dashboard.
- Select the lead funnel report to begin your analysis.
- Check the conversion metrics over the specified date range.
- Note that the dates are anchored to the date each lead was created.
- The report defaults to the last seven days.
- Review the number of leads created and contacted in this period.
- Look at the lists showing leads that have not been contacted, scheduled, attended, or purchased.
- Be cautious about interpreting ‘not attended’ or ‘not purchased’ in the last seven days.
- If necessary, expand the date range beyond the last seven days to get a clearer picture of leads that have not attended or purchased.
- Check for any leads marked as lost (dead status).
- Review the reasons for loss provided in the report.
- Analyze the trending timeline of leads created and their current statuses.
- Review leads by category, focusing on campaigns and their current status percentages.
- Check leads by area based on the zip code entered in the patient’s home address.
- Use the map view or list view to visualize leads by area.
Cautionary Notes
- Avoid placing too much emphasis on ‘not attended’ or ‘not purchased’ metrics within a short timeframe, as leads may still be in the process of conversion.
- Ensure that the reasons for lost leads are accurately recorded to improve future strategies.
Tips for Efficiency
- Regularly schedule time to review these reports to stay updated on lead activity.
- Use filters and sorting options in the report to focus on specific metrics that are most relevant to your analysis.
