Advanced MD Integration

Client Task: API Credential Collection

Please see the process below regarding API credential collection of AdvancedMD.

1. Clients must contact their AMD sales rep and request both of the office keys below to connect our app, RedSpotInteractive.
   1. API Office Key Connect Module: There is an associated free from Advanced MD. Estimated: $500 Setup and $40/month (This is required for basic patient data)
   2. ODBC Office Key Link: There is an associated free from Advanced MD. Estimated: $200 Setup and $25/month (This is required for financial data and maximizes API calls to ensure there are no timeouts)
   3. **These requests should be initiated by the practice directly with their assigned sales rep who will generate an estimate. It’s important for the practice to reference the above products to ensure they get those prices which were negotiated by RSI.
2. The sales rep will then create a work order with the credentials below.
   1. User
   2. Office Key
   3. Password
   4. Access Token
3. The client will send those credentials to RSI.
4. RSI will implement the integration
