Send a New Text Message

To start a new text message, follow the steps below:

1. Select Lead Management
2. Select the Communication Center
3. Select the Text icon
4. Select the New SMS button displayed in the top right corner of the Texting table
5. In the popup window, populate the phone number and type the message being sent
6. Select Submit
7. Select Add Hippa Consent Message

The response to this text message will come into the New section of the Texting table.
