New & Follow-Up
Manage and funnel all inbound form submission activity to your practice into one system that’s inbound from your website, social media campaigns. Anywhere that a patient can find out about you and submit information to your practice will be centralized here so that you can set follow-ups, leave messages, and create tasks. The Communication Center splits leads into 2 identical sections including “New” and “Followup”.- New displays leads that have not been reached out to yet. These leads are located on the top of the screen and are organized from oldest to newest.
- Follow Up are leads that have been reached out to before, but no action has been completed such as scheduling. These leads are also organized from oldest to newest.
- Follow up with lead immediately upon it showing up in the New lead section
- Follow up with them again in 4 hours when the lead re-populates in the Follow Up section of Portal
- Follow up the following business day
- Follow up with the lead for a final attempt the following business day when the lead re-populates in the Follow Up section of Portal
