Rescheduling Appointments
How to Reschedule a Patient in RSI Platform
- Accessing Patient Information
- Look up the patient with the upcoming appointment.
- Use the unconfirmed screen or search tool to find the patient.
- Canceling the Appointment
- Head to the upcoming appointments tab.
- Click on the appointment you want to cancel.
- This action will immediately update the appointment status in your schedule.
- Rebooking the Appointment
- Select location and appointment type for the patient.
- Choose a provider or leave it blank for all provider availability.
- Search for available slots in the scheduling templates.
- Confirm the appointment availability with the selected provider’s schedule.
- Add any necessary notes.
- Send the booking to your schedule to complete the process.
- Finalizing the Rescheduling
- By following these steps, you have successfully rescheduled a patient without the need to switch screens or appointments.
