I can’t see a provider in RSI
- Nextech Cloud
- Is the provider active in Nextech
- Do they have a linked user
- Do they have a linked resource
- Modernizing Medicine
- Does the provider have an NPI? RSI only recognizes providers with an NPI. You can submit a request to have non-NPI providers added manually.
- Practice+
- The provider has to be linked to a practice and an office
- The practice and offices link to the provider must be active
- The provider has to be linked to a practice and an office
Nextech Practice+
- Appointment Purpose has been added to both OS and CRM. Please note, that this field is optional and not required to book so it does not affect retrieving slots either way. When adding purpose to a booking, the reason gets added when creating the appt in the PM
