Update Survey Questions & Answers
- Access surveys by going to Admin Tools > Client Manager >
> Marketing Onboarding > Surveys
- Click
if not already listed
- Click Is Active and OK.
- To access the questions and answers click Edit Survey Questions.
- Use the action buttons to edit or delete* existing questions. (*If a question has been answered at least once, it cannot be deleted. Uncheck the Is Active checkbox to remove it from the survey.)
- See below for question and answer field definitions.
Question Text: Write your question or field label.
Control Type: Set the format of your answer.
Required: Check if you want this answer to be required.
Is Active: Check if you want this question to display on the survey.
Is Online Scheduling: Not applicable to surveys.
Positive Value Threshold: Survey reporting and notifications will alert you if a survey has a negative answer. If your Control Type is a Rating 1-5 or a Yes/No, then you can indicate which answer is considered the positive response.
