Settings for Holiday and Weekend Deliveries
At the top of your notification list you can set global rules for holidays and weekend deliveries.
| Rule | Definition |
| Do Not Send Reminders on Holidays | Reminders will no be delivered on the following holidays: ● New Year’s Day ● MLK Day ● President’s Day ● Memorial Day ● Independance Day ● Labor Day ● Columbus Day ● Veteran’s Day ● Thanksgiving Day ● Christmas Day |
| Do Not Send Reminders on Weekends | Reminders will not be sent on Saturday or Sunday. |
| Send Weekend Reminders on Friday | Any reminders that would normally go on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on Friday. For example, a patient with a Monday appointment would get their 24 hour reminder on Friday instead of Sunday. |
