Jason is the founder and CEO of RSI. Since 1997, Jason has spent his career building customer acquisition software products and digital marketing initiatives. Jason’s software products have supported some of the nations leading brands like Orbitz, AIG, and many others. Jason has built RSI to bring the value of Fortune 500 customer acquisition software capabilities to the physician practice. When not working on RSI, Jason can be found with his college sweetheart and their four children. When not with them, Jason enjoys being an athlete. He has accomplished an Ironman, a blackbelt in American Kempo Karate, and currently a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Jason has a JD and MBA from the University of Toledo and a BA in Economics from The Ohio State University.
Ryan has been part of the RSI team for over 7 years. Initially, he was primarily in a sales role. However, his day-to-day involvement with clients has grown due to his passion and interest in helping them achieve their goals with tools provided by RSI. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Elon University. He lives in Delray Beach with his wife, Olivia. When not traveling the country visiting clients and speaking at conferences, Ryan and his wife enjoy traveling for leisure.
A member of the RSI team since 2015, Melanie received her bachelor’s in marketing from Northwood University. She is no stranger to adventure and has been skydiving, hang gliding, and once taught an NHL player how to waterski. Melanie is Canadian and a season ticket holder for the Miami Dolphins. Her favorite activities include road tripping, camping, fishing, mudding… basically anything outdoors. Fun fact 1: Her brother won the Stanley Cup with the Chicago Blackhawks. Fun fact 2: She was in Los Angeles for Michael Jackson’s funeral.
A University of South Florida graduate, Anne has served as the Senior Director of Creative Services at RSI since 2012. She formally led creative teams at Vitacost, Shoes for Crews and Office Depot. Anne is on a personal mission to visit every national park in the U.S. She’s a butterfly gardener, taco-lover, and total book nerd. Her favorite reads include Harry Potter, Hunger Games, 14, and Ender’s Game. As you could suspect from her reading list, her favorite holiday is Halloween.
Lorena has worked at RSI for about six years. She has an extensive background in the healthcare field, previously serving as a business office manager and a patient advocate manager for large medical practices. Lorena is a first-generation Cuban-American, born in New Jersey, with three siblings. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Ahsoka, and her cat, Vader, as well as watching football (Go Cowboys!) and TV shows with her husband. If you haven’t already noticed based on her pets’ names, Lorena is a huge Star Wars fan.
Alex joined the team as a summer intern while he was attending Florida State University. After returning to school to finish his degree he came back to RSI as a full time employee on the Customer Success team. While attending school Alex was a member of the intramural inner-tube water polo team, which got second place in college. As he said goodbye to college life and entered the working world, he undoubtedly had the most unusual first year as he joined in February 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic. On the weekends you will commonly find Alex at the beach with his dog, Theo, or hanging at home with friends playing board games. One of his favorite activities has to be fishing. His trophy fish to date was a 200lbs marlin.
Elizabeth has worked at RSI since 2012. She started as a Scheduling Agent and worked her way up to Team Lead/Coach, in charge of compliance. She also assists with interviewing and training potential and new employees. Elizabeth is a hopeless romantic who loves to sing. Her all-time favorite movie is Gone with the Wind because of her love for Scarlett O’hara. Elizabeth enjoys traveling and hopes to one day make it to California and Colorado. She has an adorable golden retriever named Lou.
Jorge has been with RSI since 2017 and is responsible for the core of the company’s computerized systems. He graduated from Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas in Cuba. Jorge considers himself more of a dancer than a programmer. He needs his music to be able to program, and when he dances, he sometimes forgets he has codes to solve. Jorge’s free time is dedicated to studying the investment market and watching lots of sports. He is a dedicated Real Madrid, White Sox, and Lakers fan.
