Unique mid-level account management opportunity in a growing, fast paced marketing technology services company focused on elective health care practices including plastic/cosmetic surgeons, cosmetic dermatologists, orthodontists and ophthalmologists with a focus on Lasik surgery. We are seeking an in-house Account Manager to be responsible for strategically planning and implementing marketing initiatives to achieve client’s customer growth and revenue goals.
The Account Manager acts as the “Chief Client Officer” managing technology and agency services on behalf of the client. In addition, the Account Manager works with clients to understand their short and long term business objectives and assists with researching, planning and implementing solutions to drive their business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, internal and external. Key deliverables for the Account Manager position include:
- Client lead and onboarding champion for launch on RSI marketing platforms.
- Develop media plan recommendations and proposals for execution.
- Manage client marketing initiatives including; website, social media, TV, radio, print, PPC and email.
- Marketing campaign analysis and optimization to ensure weekly, monthly and annual productivity and new patient targets are achieved.
- Weekly status meeting with client to review reporting on project milestones, ROI targets and other KPIs.
- Identify new marketing opportunities to increase clients lead volume.
- Report weekly contact and productivity standards and metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all outside contractual obligations per agreed contract terms.
- Responsible for strategic planning and forecasting related to account management.
- Collect and compare pertinent data on target markets, media venues.
- Requires staying abreast of latest trends in marketing both online and offline and utilizing best practices.
- Work with RSI management team to develop client upsell and renewal strategy.
- Develop and execute managed accounts to company’s budget projections.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years in account management required.
- Advertising, sales, medical or business development experience a plus.
- Must have strong grasp of online marketing and trends.
- Ability to plan, execute and report on customer acquisition activities a must.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.

It is also important to have the ability to adapt to the company culture that rewards hard work, dedication, and a “team first” attitude. Extreme comfort with utilizing and learning computer software and phone systems associated with consumer information, calendars, and scheduling appointments required.
Hours: We are open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Tue. 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Wed.-Th., and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:

- Work with computer software scheduling programs and Microsoft Office programs.
- Ensure that all clients are handled in accordance with company “Best Practices”.
- Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to consumers wishing to schedule an appointment.
- Speak in a clear, professional tone.
- Experience in a phone sales or service environment with experience in elective cosmetic products or consumer services preferred.
- Show a proven track record in meeting measured performance objectives.
- Practice a commitment to ethical conduct by promoting a positive work environment and avoiding negativity.

The Client Services position is an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. In this role, you would serve as a member of the Client Services team, supporting RSI (RSI) clients and ensuring they are continually receiving all services contracted.
Responsibilities:
- Technical setup of new client onboardings to include systems setup, client practice management integration, patient scheduling software, and reporting system
- Train clients on software systems to increase customer adoption
- Support clients with daily deliverables including website edits, social media profile creation, local citation management, email marketing execution, creative design requests, etc.
- Provide support and guidance to clients related to their marketing plan and strategies
- Monthly client reporting analysis – learn, understand, and create website and practice performance reports
- Interface with clients and serve as a liaison to other RSI departments, i.e. Creative Design, Content, SEO, Lead Management, etc.
- Learn best practices in Search Engine Optimization and Website Performance
Experience:
